Terms and Conditions - (You = The Event Organiser)

1. You understand we must place pegs (large metal spikes) into the ground to secure our equipment down as per the law for user safety, The amount varies by type of inflatable. - (OUTDOOR INFLATABLE BOOKINGS ONLY)

2. Neither Function One Entertainment or any of its employees take any responsibility for damage caused to the ground/Floor or any area in which we set up.

3. Gazebos must be place on grass and pinned down to secure them unless otherwise agreed.

4. Neither Function One Entertainment or any of its employees take any responsibility for damage caused to any venue or premises.

5. Function One Entertainment will not be liable for any injuries caused to any participants during the use of our equipment or activities, Activities are provided at the risk of the user and or the persons or organisation hiring the equipment.

6. Function one Entertainment reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time prior to your event due to poor or unsafe weather conditions.

7. No refunds will be provided in the event of cancelation under 28 days of bookings from the organisers, Bookings may be transferred to an alternative available date at the agreement of Function One Entertainment.

8. Function One Entertainment reserve the right to stop the use of our services at anytime during your event if we feel it is unsafe, Dangerous or Illegal to continue.

9. Function one Entertainment will not provide services to any illegal events or events that become illegal. We will stop our services and leave the event and no refunds will be issued.

10. Function One Entertainment and its staff will not take abuse or any threatening behaviour, The event organiser will be notified if this happens and if not dealt with fairly we will end our services at your event.

11. We reserve the right to keep all monies paid unless we have to cancel our services before your event in which case you will be refunded any funds paid. If we stop our services during your event we will not provide any refunds for our services. 

12. You will be charged for any damage to our equipment by your staff or users before, after or during your event unless caused by us or our staff negligence.

13. You or your event staff are not authorised to Touch, Move or Tamper with our equipment any damages will incur a damage fee.

14. Power for our equipment must be provided by you and must be able to take a standard UK 3 prong plug if not we must be notified or adapters must be provided.

15. Any incidents involving Function One Entertainment, Its staff or equipment must be sent to us in writing via email no later than 7 days after the incident date so we can investigate any claims. Any incidents reported after this time will not be accepted.

16. We require a 50% deposit as soon as possible before the event to secure your date for our services and the remaining balance to be paid up to 28 days prior to the event.

17. I understand I must read any relevant waivers to my booking for the services provided.

I (The Event Organiser) agree to the terms and conditions set out above and understand Function One Entertainment take no responsibility for and damage or injury occurring from the use of our equipment or use by any users.

Function One Entertainment cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment and or services.

I (The Event Organiser) take full responsibility and will pay for any damage that may occur due to reckless use or tampering of equipment by our attendees or staff.
