Outdoor Hire Terms
The following is our terms for any outdoor inflatable hire, if any of the terms are not able to be completed then we may cancel the hire and no refunds will be given.

Inflatable must be on grass.

Large ground pegs must be hammered into the ground, This can not be done on concrete.

If there is wind (gusts of 24mph or above) Rain or Adverse weather forecast for the day of hire you can either move the hire to an alternate available date or receive a full refund.

The inflatable area must be large enough to safely accommodate the inflatable (at least 3ft around all sides).

The ground must be flat and clean of debris and any animal mess.

Animals must not be allowed near or on the inflatable, it is not only a damage risk but also cruel to the animal.

No BBQs are allowed near the inflatable due to risk of ashes burning or damaging the inflatable.

No water or soap is to be put on the inflatable at any time, a cleaning fee of £100 will apply otherwise.

No face-paints, party poppers, confetti or silly string to be allowed on or near the inflatable as it can cause permanent staining to the material.

The replacement cost starts from £1000 and you will be liable for paying for damage.

General hire and safety waivers must be signed and terms apply at all times.
